This is exactly where we came in: Our goal was to optimize booking and enquiry management so that the team had more time for what makes Kliemannsland special โ spontaneous events, experimental formats and a unique community spirit.
Countless event inquiries came in every week โ especially for weddings. To keep track of things, tables were maintained and queries were collected via a simple email address. But the more inquiries came in, the more difficult it became to keep track of the status of each request. In addition, each customer had specific wishes, which had to be discussed individually.
